Customer 3000: Rabobank
May 2009 - QuestBack is excited to announce that Rabobank (www.rabobank.com) is QuestBack's Customer 3000.
To mark the customer 3000 occasion, Ed Vlietman, Managing Director of QuestBack Netherlands, recently presented a cheque to Paul Groenland of Rabobank to the value of Euro 3000. Rabobank chose to give this money to the children's charity, Opkikker (www.opkikker.nl). Opkikker's mission is to contribute to the well being of long-term sick children by organizing days of relaxation and memorable outings for the children and their families.
The Marketing Intelligence Department of Rabobank Netherlands MKB use QuestBack to collect and act on direct feedback from their customers, as well as from employees of local Rabobanks. QuestBack has made it possible for Rabobank to carry out a higher frequency of surveys, without the need for assistance from an external agency.
"We are currently carrying out about 10-15 surveys per year, and we foresee that this will increase going forward. Compared to previous solutions we have used, we are making a saving of about Euro 15,000 per survey, which has lead to an immediate ROI of Euro 225,000 per year based on our current activity level".
