Key Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled solution-oriented sales reps to our Key Account Team. If you have a good business understanding, enjoy a high degree of interaction with interesting prospects and are results-oriented, you may be the new colleague we are looking for.

Responsibilities and activities

As a KAM at QuestBack you will responsible for the entire sales process from lead generation to final negotiations with prospects. An important part of the position is also the follow-up of existing customers to ensure a high retention rate on the client portfolio. Account management is done in close cooperation with our Customer Success Team. Customer segment for you as a KAM will mainly be the SMB market.
